As I promised, here are some photos taken while visiting Google UK office. Sorry for the low-res, but all I had handy was my phone camera (and it’s a VGA one, not one of those ultra-funky 2 megs };P)
So, just as brief description: the first one is a general view of the desk, all colourful and with the Google logo on top. In the second you can see a Google Search Appliance and a Google Mini, the two hardware devices Google sells right now, allowing enterprises to have “their own Google” in their intranet. The third is completely blurry, but it was a somehow hypnotic animation of Google Earth jumping from one famous place in the world to the other (Google Earth is soooo cool!). And finally, to complete the hypnotic effect and keeping visitors busy, there were scrolling lines of random searches being entered by users all around the world that you can see in the fourth photo right behind the lava lamps (which seem to be ubiquitous at Google). I know resolution is to low to read it, but I can promise all of you one of those lines is in Spanish and says “tanga” (thong) };P

Nice office!!! It’s a pity that you hadn’t got a one of those ultra-funky 2 megs phones but i believe when you say “tanga” was typed.
Incredible… What a nice office guy! Could you tell us which words were customers using in the fourth photo?
Take care.
Cheers,
Marcos
Congratulations!!!! I have heard that you are a GMan!!!
Don’t listen to penyaskito! GMan maybe “Gay Man”… GoogleMan sounds better!
