Last week, one of my all-time super-idols in the Computer Universe joined Google }:D
But you know what is bad about it.. Nobody has published anything yet, I could be the first poster in the whole blogosphere… but, due to this damn confidentiality thingies, will have to wait until more info is available!
*sigh* things one has to do not to be evil…
Anyway, wil post an update as soon as I confirm I can tell… because the guy is definitely worth it! Hint: a lot of the modern concepts of programming, parsing and operating systems were conceived by this person!
I’ve always found amazing how people and simple ideas can sometimes change so much how we look at things. Technology Review is publishing this report with some examples:
Technology Review Report: 2006 Young Innovators Under 35
So no matter how young you are, no matter how crazy your concept seems… there’s always the possibility of creating something that completely changes our point of view!
I deeply reccommend reading at least the stories about Joshua Schachter (of del.icio.us fame) and Paul Rademacher (from Google!)
